We have gotten great feedback from our customers, from wonderful suggestions to embarassing praise. We thought they might be of interest to those who are evaluating our service. 9/25/06 - letter from Bill and Linda E., Harrisville, NHTo whom it may concern- PG McAdams (SVI) sold and installed a home theatre for us in our Harrisville, NH home. We wound up with PG after visiting and speaking with all the big chains. We were looking for a company that wanted to deliver a quality system, with the necessary accessories at a reasonable price. With the larger companies we felt that their advice on equipment was comission-driven and that we were being OVERSOLD. We also wanted a company that was customer service oriented and would supply required support after the check was cashed. We certainly this in SVI. PG installed a 50 inch Plasma screen and a 7 speaker surround sound system along with a DVD player and a CD player. We are extremely satisfied with our system. The picture is unbelievable and the sound quality is as good or better than any we have heard. We had an opportunity to test SVI's customer service comittment early on. There was a wiring issue in our home that predated the home theatre installation which negatively affected the new equipment. PG was tireless in his efforts to solve the problem. It required several visits and much research, but the problem was identified and solved by SVI. We could not have been more pleased with PG's response to an issue/problem that he did not create. I don't think we would have gotten the same treatment from [the big box stores]. In summary, I am delighted to offer this letter as testimony to our satisfaction in dealing with PG and SVI.
